Dear Steve,

I just recommended your company to my cousin who will be moving soon. As I was emailing her why I would use you all again, I realized that I never wrote the letter I told the crew who came that I would write. I feel terrible. The guys you sent where great and we were completely satisfied. I don't have the invoice right now, so I can’t remember all of their names, but the move was on July 27, 2007.

The guys were on time. They were nice and they did take care. We packed everything ourselves though, so I don't know about their packing abilities. They did wrap the furniture really well though. They were fast. They cleaned up after themselves.

I asked the head guy to please treat Todd's office chair like a baby (the last chair got broken in the move, and this new one was suber expensive). When he wheeled the thing into the apartment several hours earlier, he was stroking it, you know, like a baby. The elevator broke half way through and they didn't complain for a second –they just used the stairs. They didn't try to force the TV unit through the basement door, they right away brought it back down, unwrapped it, removed the legs and did it all over again. So they didn't cut corners. They belong to this moving association (that is how I found them, through that website) and he was telling me all the great things you have to do to be a member so that made me feel better.
